On the web, within 14 days of the charge, by writing to apps@superbitesstudios.com. In the stores, Apple or Google handles it.

Sign out and sign back in with the same email you used to buy. If it still doesn't work, write to us with that email and your receipt.

PDF to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TXT, Markdown, JPG, and PNG; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and text to PDF; and between JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, and TIFF. WebP is supported as input.
